What is a petition?
A petition is a letter requesting a change in a government agency's policy.

What would the goal be?
Personal development as a major in all secondary schools.
 

Why?

What if there was finally adequate time available in meetings again? If not only diagnosis names or lists played a role, but the person himself who came to the "supporter"!
What if there were "suitable" inquiries for the positions at the same time, instead of long waiting lists and a constantly growing mountain over the years?

When would one then logically have to start preventively?
Exactly, sensibly directly at point 1, personality development. 
And then as soon as possible!
(I will now skip an explanation of arguments as to why it is difficult to start directly at the birth of a person. We can also skip the day-care age without further explanation due to the not yet mature comprehension.
In addition, I will skip a discussion about the supporters' fears of a possible job loss, because despite my optimism, realistically speaking, a complete abolition of "diseases" will probably never happen. It is possible that new positions will open up in the areas that are now opening up in context.

So if we want to start as early as possible now, excluding daycare and toddler age, let's take a look at "adult age".
In adults I see the following problem. When adults deal with personal development, it is said that theyalready afterwardsdeal with topics. This means that they would have to deal with the current problems in everyday life, their imprints from the past and then learn some basic knowledge of psychology for the future. At least a start - welcome to my site.
Unfortunately, however, a number of years have been wasted unnecessarily through "ignorance" and possiblyalready given negative imprints to his own children.
So after parents have dealt extensively with the topics themselves, they would have toTimetake in order to also work as a "trainer for their children".
 
So we continue to look for the optimal solution.

Suggestion A: Dear adults, please do not just complete your own training, but complete it in the best casebeforeyou kids are getting a degree in psychology themselves.

Suggestion B: We look at a generation before, the youth.
A youth without money, without time and without energy because in the morning they already have to study material at school.

Schools.. So let's throw out learning material that doesn't have much time, create a new educational system or at least add important topics.
At which schools?

Elementary school.
After all, there are already great programs that can be booked. But here, too, funds and awareness are often lacking.
bullying counselor? Unfortunately, they are still not used enough, since those who are bullied are often ashamed of being "the ones who are being bullied".
For some topics, the target group is still too young.
In addition, puberty rings at the door, in which the brain changes again properly.
(Nevertheless, please keep the offer, accept and expand it, after all we need support everywhere!)

When I asked the "Ministry for Schools and Education" I was informed that these subjects are already being offered at about 35 schools in North Rhine-Westphalia in the form of psychology lessons. Here, too, there is a need for numerical expansion.
You can also choose psychology lessons as an advanced course. 
What about those who choose other paths after the 10th grade or do not choose these subjects?

Further training.
Sometimes this already exists as a voluntary program/AG. So teens who feel called upon or who are generally interested can now join.
But what about the others? I recall the problem "drive". And aren't there also target groups that urgently need support, but shy away from these topics for personal reasons?

At least there would be a chance to reach ALL young people at a suitable age!
So secondary school but a choice about "voluntary" directly out of the way.

Introduce personal development as a major in secondary school.

Violence, sexual abuse, theft, drugs, mental illness, negative imprints, lack of support at home, etc. PREVENTIVELY take the wind out of your sails!
Instead, spread feeling and self-esteem strengths and awareness!

So which subject would make more sense for us humans than a subject about our humanity?! Our government would have to agree to this without careful consideration! This is the chance of the greatest extent of health prevention!

Let's oblige the 8,9,10 class when the growth stage of the head in puberty is complete, some imprints have already been experienced as a comparison and the step of cutting the umbilical cord of the parents is the biggest, with cool skills from psychology.
The view into one's own future is now mentally open and "past - present - future" form the perfect complete trio to convey psychological basics.

Of course, now comes the argument "lack of skilled workers teachers".
Since a rejection is often pushed to this point, I would like to refer to the above-mentioned new positions in the point "Fear for the job".
If we now look at social professions in general, it will be noticeable that "surprisingly"there is a lack of all social services. Where does that come from...
But nothing will really change if you keep circling around this problem and probably prefer to "whine around".

With all topics discussed in the Bundestag, there is one topic that should have priority, because it would probably even have an indirectly positive influence on many other topics.

And that is: The subject of the human psyche.
